This year's (2023) Halloween trick or treating was an organised one. It used to be adhoc and you wouldn't know when people would knock on your door.

Many houses participated and it was quite a long walk!

It started to rain at 7pm but that didn't dampen the mood. People were on the streets with their umbrellas.

The number of trick or treaters that came by our house? See for yourself! And this was only 12mins of the cctv footage.

How to DIY Halloween Candy Table

I took out any kids toys that could put stuff in them. An old BB8 popcorn container, 2 dump trucks, a mini bin and a cement truck to display the sweets for collection. It looked plain and random, so I took out the dinosaur toys to display around it. Better but still looked random. Threw on fake spider web around the table and now it looked like a Halloween Candy Table!

Yay! I only spent $2.16 on the Orange Halloween Candy bowl from Daiso.

Some of the unique candy collected included monster claw popcorn, ghost candy, lighted rings and bracelets, plus Halloween themed bags of candy.
